Pauley Residence

In August of 2023, Rangel completed the construction of a new residence for the Pauley family, who had relocated to Rapid City from Seattle, WA. As well as living space, the family were in need of office space, a homeschool room, and enough floor space to entertain large numbers of guests. Rangel was able to accommodate all of their requirements while at the same time staying within their budget, and the resulting 4,600 sq ft home features one large bedroom, a full bathroom, a master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom, two executive offices, and plenty of closet space on the upper level. The main level includes the home-schooling room, one-half bathroom, laundry room, large shared dining and living room space, a family room, a large kitchen with eating bar, and an adjoining 3-car garage.  Finishes for the interior of this home include carpet, luxury vinyl tile, ceramic tile, painted wood doors and trim-work, stained wood cabinets, and Cambria countertops.  The exterior is finished with LP Smartside, cultured stone masonry, and architectural high-impact roof shingles.
