Rangel Awarded Pine Ridge Contracts
Rangel Construction Company was recently awarded three design-build contracts for districts on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Through a competitive RFP process, the Oglala Sioux Tribe has awarded the contracts to design and construct government service buildings for the districts of Pine Ridge, Oglala, and Wakpamni.
The buildings will be approximately 10,000 sq ft, and each is intended to enable the Tribe and its Districts to provide essential programs and services that will help to mitigate the COVID-19 public health emergency and its negative economic impacts on the Reservation. Under Rangel Construction’s direction, design will be developed through spring of 2024, with construction anticipated to be concluded in the winter of 2025.
